Positive: Great host, all problems under his control are solved immediately. Great pool. No traffic. Good kitchen amenities. Plenty of beaches within 15 min drive.
Negative: I don't know if that was a temporary problem but all 3 weeks of my stay the internet was almost dead. Not only local WiFi but also my Dutch provider unlimited data plan was failing all the time. If you have plans to work part time - don't book this location. We had 3 days of electricity failures with fridge unable to cool the food, no lights, etc. Not very pleasant experience. The neighbors have chickens and a rooster which screams every night starting at 03:00 until 07:00 approximately. If you have sensitive hearing like me then you wouldn't sleep good.
