Positive: Love the location. You can’t beat being right on the beach and straight across the street from a convenience store.
Negative: One of the doors going onto the back deck had a huge crack from the bottom to about the middle. With having two very active toddlers, we were worried about them hitting it and it shattering. Multiple tiles in from of this same door or broken and lift up if stepped on. We had to make sure the kids didn’t play by the door because of this. Lastly, above this same door, there’s some damage so when it stormed, water was leaking inside. The lounge chair on the back deck is broken. One of our kids got a splinter from the kitchen table. & the people staying in the unit next to us had 4 cars so parking was crazy at times.
Summary: This is our second year to stay at this location and love it!
