For those who want to stay out of the sun, within the lanai is a large covered outdoor screened area as well with dining table, outdoor grill, and seating area with a large TV. Inside there’s an open floor plan with new 75” TV, wet bar, and kitchen with large snack bar. The primary bedroom with its own office and ensuite and a 2nd bedroom with bath on the first floor, with 3 more bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. Perfect floorpan for a large group! Charming interior shutters for all windows for style and privacy. Enjoy the pink skies at sunset from our brand new boat dock! Lots of parking with a spacious pavered circular driveway.

owner notes: walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream, dunkin donuts, publix, walgreens (1 mi) We love to ride bikes over to Cape Harbour (2 mi) for more dining, marina, entertainment. The ultimate location! We highly recommend renting a boat or drive to explore Sanibel Island and some of the other small islands that can only be reached by boat. Easy drive to Yacht Club Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key, Sanibel etc. We also love this neighbourhood for walking, where we easily spot burrowing owls. There is a comprehensive UBER and LYFT network if you don’t feel like driving.
