sunshine beach is part of noosa national park, we do a professional pest spray every 12 months to help with cockroaches and ants, however we can not prevent them coming in sometimes
there also may be insects and animals in the outdoor areas but this is very unusual
the air conditioner units are fully services and cleaned every 12 months as is required to keep them clean and in full working order
as we live in a tropical area the weather/rain will not be a reason for a refund however most of the time the sun is shining
the apartment is on a bus route, also ubers and taxis available
"uber is widely used in our area and we have free bus services in the school holidays The 626 bus route, goes to Sunshine Beach, Noosa Junction, Noosa Heads (Hastings Street) & Noosa River. Airport buses drop and pick-up at the door."
