with over 3500 sq ft of living space and a large yard packed with fun amenities this is a can't miss for those looking to get away and enjoy some warm weather As you enter through the front door your greeted with dramatic vaulted ceilings and spiral staircase. There is multiple gathering areas in the home. Relax in the main living area for movie night or head upstairs to loft for game night. Game room features bar seating, championship ping pong table and a vintage pinball machine! Spacious master bedroom retreat with workspace area for those getting in some work while on vacation. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and a formal dining area as well as eat in kitchen area. Backyard that is loaded with features. Outdoor dining and lounging area as well as built in bbq island and sparkling saltwater pool with heating option in the winter or chilling option in the Summer. In ground spa features custom lighting seating for 4 to wind down at end of day. Artificial grass area for family activities like corn hole and a fire pit area with seating . Guests have access to full laundry facilities and garage parking. Multiple bikes provided to get out and see the neighborhood. A playground for the kids is just a short walk down the paved path and includes a basketball court, sand volleyball court, large grassy area and covered picnic table.
