on the lower level there are two more bedrooms, another bathroom and a great family room area with air hockey, smart tv and a comfortable couch

the cottage has a westerly exposure
the boat lift has the owners’ boat and no other motorised watercraft are permitted to dock due to the unpredictable nature of the lake
off-season short breaks are available - 3-nights minimum stay
waterfront the waterfront is shallow, however, as the shoreline has some large rocks, water entry is best from the ladder at the end of the dock, where the water level is still approx 2ft Water shoes are recommended as the lake bed is a mixture of rock and sand. There is also an anchor right off the dock to which the Lily Pad floating mat can be attached.
