beautiful 24 acre 4500sq ft retreat with magical sunrises and breathtaking sunsets and amazing mountain views all day long from inside and outside the house. Fresh air and the smell of pine trees will make you melt into a chair with a fresh cup of coffee.
chef's kitchen with gas range, double oven fully-stocked with everything you need to for the most special occasions (blender, air fryer, mixer, baking pans, and dishes etc) is available for your cooking enjoyment. A coffee bar with a generous amount of condiments is offered for enjoying hot beverages while experiencing those beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
indoor entertaining areas include books, video games, ping-pong, board games, roku tv, and a large selection of dvds provide an indoor retreat Various seating areas inside and out allow for breakout conversations.
relax outside in one of the multiple outdoor living areas which include various seating/ dining options, a propane grill, hammock swings, corn-hole, washer board games and more! large rock features and a mix of beautiful trees reassure you that you are in the middle of the woods!
less than 10 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and shopping in divide or florissant, 15 minutes to woodland park
nearby attractions include - pikes peak, garden of the gods, royal gorge, world-class fishing in the eleven mile canyon, eleven mile state park, mueller state park, cripple creek casinos, atv/utv & jeeping trails, biking trails
guests will have a variety of parking spaces available During snow season we recommend parking near the front door of the house on the level parking area. All wheel drive/ 4 wheel drive are required during snow season (October-June) due to the constant possibility of snow and steep grades and I recommended all year round. Driveway will be plowed for storms of 2" or greater. No cancellations for weather.

our home uses a radiant in floor heating system Please understand that this system takes some time to normalize temperatures. Several thermostats/ zones are located in the house and are adjustable up to a max of 72 degrees.

close and lock all windows and doors when not in use wildlife will welcome themselves if there are openings!
please secure the trash and recycle bins with the provided bungie cords
the owner will not be held responsible for personal items left at the house
renters are responsible for damage during their stay
it is expressly agreed that the owner will be held harmless for any accident, injury, whatever may occur on the premise during your occupancy please be careful!
subletting in any manner is not allowed Only the registered guests are allowed.
tampering with wifi or security cameras is not allowed
