Pass-a-Grille Beach HOUSE RENTALS This is the "Paradise" home ! Situated on 7 miles of a powdery white beach island. It is only a few small steps to beautiful white sand beach called Pass a Grille! - the paradise home- is a 2 bedroom key west style bungalow home rental with an additional pull out couch in the living room It has been completely redone with vaulted ceilings, is bright, airy, clean and updated. Includes dinner table for 6 and 2 large outside patios one screened in the other with table and chairs for outside BBQ The home sleeps 6 people with a pull-out couch. Two Bathrooms in this house perfect for family or just have enough space to work from "home" with an open concept kitchen/livingroom/dining area. Thoroughly cleaned & disinfected prior to guest arrival. Sanitizer and contact-less self check in provided.
this house has one king size bed w/ smart tv and a queen bed in the second bedroom there is one full bathroom down the hall of the two bedrooms and a half bathroom off of the dining room/kitchen area

the remodeled kitchen has a bar and is open to the living & dining areas for easy cooking and chattingThe kitchen also has new appliances and updated bathroom and 1/2 Bath. Floors are original hardwood with new tiled floors in the bathroom. the shower is a traditional but updated tub/shower combo. Its an inviting house with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other. the third bed is a pull out couch in the living-room. Paint is new and inviting with clean lines & modern furnishings with craftsman style charm.
palm trees abound on this property with your a patio area, grill and outside shower for your use! there is a hammock to enjoy under the shade of a palm and tons of peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore!
patio porch is equipped with a bbq & sitting area and two personal bikes for your use anytime- with a basket and a bike lock!
there is room for a pack and play & if needed i have one for you if you dont want to bring one with you i try my best to make the vacation great for you! your stay means a lot to me & i want to make it as perfect as it can be!
pet policy: must be approved in advance of booking- (after booking a picture of pet must be sent to owner) Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. You must have a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of travel- you must either take a picture and email that to mel-I need a direct note from your Vet that they are on Prescribed flea treatment & heart worm program. You are responsible for picking up after your animal and keeping them leashed while outside at all times. There is a cleaning fee of $55 required - my cleaners spend an extra hour at each house after a pet stay making sure to remove any pet dander and washing all comforters and even rolling couches.pets should not sit on any furniture at the houses
