this particular house is 10 minutes from the harbor of kea, called korissia and 3 minutes from the main town/village (chora) called ioulitha Near Ioulitha is a large super market and in Ioulitha itself there are restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Fifteen to 20 minutes from the house are the sandy beaches of Spathi, Xyla, Pisses, Koundouraki, Otzia, Gialiskari and many more. The picturesque Marina of Vourkari, well known to the yachting crown is 15 minutes from the house and offers some very good fish restaurants, cafes, bars and a couple of boutiques.

Near the swimming pool there is a shaded dining/seating area with an electric outdoor grill. Near the kitchen there are stairs leading to an open-plan area that overlooks the living room, which can be used as the third bedroom. The floor below the ground level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms., both bedrooms lead on to covered balconies that over great views of the surrounding area and the sea.
