enjoy beautiful gulf of mexico views and proximity and easy access to the beach at sunny daze This comfortable duplex beach retreat is located off North Cape San Blas Road and is only 57 steps to the beach and within easy walking distance of the Trading Post, an ice cream stand, and fresh donuts in the mornings. This is one of the earlier constructions on the cape, but both bathrooms and the kitchen have been completely renovated. There are great views of the gulf from the open deck and almost every room in the house.
the spacious main living area is on the first level of the unit and includes a sofa, love seat, swivel chairs, a flat screen, smart television and an electric fireplace
the dining room has seating for 6, and the kitchen has a bar with additional seating for four the kitchen is well-equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!
also on the main level are two bedrooms The master bedroom has a King bed, a smart television and a private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The guest bathroom is opposite the second bedroom and has a combination tub/shower.

the outdoor deck has a polywood picnic table and additional adirondack seating The gulf views are perfect for any meal or hanging out with family and friends.
