Summary: The front desk is only open certain hours and not at all on Sunday. The desk was closed at 10:00pm on Friday night, room was not clean, waited to get it cleaned, the bathroom was absolutely nasty, dead roaches behind the toilet, the shower had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower curtain was disgusting and the carpet came out of the Ark. This is room 201 anyway.
