This incredible designer villa is the perfect place to spend a wonderful holiday on the Costa Blanca. A modern house with wide spaces and lots of light. It has all the comforts and can accommodate up to 7 people. Moraira is one of the best tourist enclaves in the area, characterized by its tranquility. Without crowds and with kilometers of coastline, beaches, coves, beach bars, Moraira is one of the most sought-after towns in the area.
The living room and kitchen are united in the same spacious room. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. One of the rooms has 1 100 cm bed and a second 90 cm bed that can be pulled out. The other room on the ground floor has 1 double bed and the bathroom is en-suite. On the upper floor there is a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double room with a large terrace and a second, somewhat smaller room with a 130 cm bed.
The outdoor area has a huge porch for dining al fresco, a pool with sun loungers and a barbecue. It has green spaces, different trees, including a beautiful lemon tree with lemons that all our guests can enjoy.
The house is located in a gated community of 5 houses. You can enter with the car to a covered but not closed parking space. Fit up to 2 cars. It is an area where tranquility and peace reign
