our ep7 building comprises of 3 separate and unique apartments located on 2 separate levels
* each apartment has a separate entrance
* all apartments have access to the roof top terrace (2 flights of stairs) through main building entrance
* all apartments have wifi, tvβs, a/c and central heating
* all apartments have necessary crockery and cutlery as well as linen and towels
* all apartments have access to a washing machine and a clothesβ drying rack (located on the roof top)
layout of all 3 apartments in our ep7 building:
1 Apartment EP7: this is a 2-bedroom apartment with king size beds that can be set up as 2 singles. One more person sleeps in the living room in the single sofa bed. This apartment has 2 little balconies. it is located on the first floor (one flight of stairs up).
2 Studio apartment EP7R (orange): this is a brand new, open plan studio that sleeps up to 4 guests. Two guests sleep in the queen size double bed (can be set up as 2 singles), located on the mezzanine floor. One more guest sleeps in the sofa bed in the living room / kitchen.
apartment ep7r is located on the ground floor, hence the entrance opens directly to the street pavement
