our basement apartment is light, airy, and fully stocked for those working remotely! our kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and all the cooking utensils and supplies you will need The space is comfortably designed with a Queen size bed, sofa, dining table, and a full sized bathroom. You will have access to your own personal washer/dryer making our unit very convenient and filled with all of the essentials.

self check-in instructions will be sent 48-hours before your stay Our home is separated into 2 apartments. The main unit is rented out. You may see other renters in the entryway stair well. This unit is completely private from the main unit besides the common entry-way stairwell.

our unit is located in the basement apartment of our townhome The stairwell is common space to access both units but each unit is completely private and separate from each other. You will not have access to temperature controls during your stay. The temperature is kept at comfortable levels. We have a fan and space heater, if needed.
