please note that you will have to climb stairs to reach this 2nd floor condo, while the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor loft is stunning, it is a little narrow so if there are any members who may have difficulty climbing these stairs → they can use the full bathroom and large bedrooms on the main floor

as per seaside ordinance #179 & 55-3 Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
