this 1,200 sq ft of space is on the second floor of a three-story building in the ever-so-charming le plateau neighborhood It’s a very comfortable stay for friends & groups or remote workers, and you’ll be within walking distance of almost anything you’d need.

- open living space with chic furnishings, hardwood floors, plenty of sofa seating, and a flatscreen hdtv for relaxing downtime moments at home
- a dining table to seat 6 for meals at home The table also makes a good laptop workspace if needed.
- an equipped kitchen with quality appliances and all the basics needed to prepare meals Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker and a toaster.
- 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality bed linens and 1 full bathroom (towels provided) to accommodate 6 guests as such:

bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can be pushed together to a king bed if desired (window ac)
