The rental is 2 apartments in a private walk-up building comprised of only 5 total units. Your two units cover the 1st floor and basement levels of the building. The rental has 5 bedrooms (7 beds) and 3.5 bathrooms. There is free street parking around most of the property. detailed layout and bed sizes as follows:

If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. with adequate free parking directly out the front door. this place is a real gem!
