Negative: Apartment in Southbank Melbourne was ideally located close to where we needed, the apartment itself is small but well laid out…that’s the good part - now for the review…they only supply 1 key so you can’t go out independently of your partner, on entry into the apartment there was 2 latex bra inserts and rubbish on the floor of the lounge room, urine left on the toilet bowl, black hairs on the floor in the bathroom, shower leaks all over the bathroom floor, rubbish on floor in laundry cupboard, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, brown substance on the toilet door (can’t say if it was faeces or not). There is no information in the apartment regarding the area or where to find building facilities of 35 levels (bbq, pool and gymnasium). In your booking cost there is a cleaning fee of $133.00 and if you have a pet as we did you get charged another $200.00….a complete ripoff given the condition we received our room in, would not recommend MadeComfy
