this is a welcoming, warm open plan living space with an ensuite bathroom Decor has been designed with flair and blackout curtains. The sunny, warm room has a king sized bed. When you wake in the morning you can enjoy coffee and toast while enjoying the views.
the studio is 40m2 and has its own kitchenette with a sink, coffee machine, jug, toaster and microwave
suitably mainly for 2 guests but there is plenty of room for 2 x floor mattresses if you are a family or small group happy to share
it is located a 5 min drive from wanaka and has the popular hello ranger cafe/bar within walking distance The popular Mt Iron walk is a 10 minute walk away. The stunning outlet track is also within walking distance and takes you to the Lake Wanaka/Clutha River outlet. Town is 3km away.
