This biologically balanced (1 1/2 miles long) lake in Ocotillo attracts some incredible wildlife. On the lake and golf course, this home is also next to a waterfall where the mornings and evenings can be filled with bird watching as they wait for just the right moment for the teeny fish to go by as they gobble them up. This villa is tucked away in what is considered a "rural area" so that, too allows for some truly unique moments right from the back patio. Believe it or not, we have a couple of Storks, one Golden Eagle and some tiny turtles that come by for a visit from time to time. The hummingbirds are thrilled when their feeders are filled! This villa will offer the seclusion and privacy you want in a respite stay with the accessibility we all need being that it's located less than ten minutes to the 101, San Tan 202 and I10. Thankfully, we have top cuisine and healthy, faster food options just east of the community or you may decide to head west a few minutes to Downtown Ocotillo..
