located in a quiet area of fort myers beach!
perfect for a family reunion or a group of friends, this property is a perfect fit for a group of 6 but can easily accommodate 9 people at any time! (3 sleeping sofas)
excellent and luxury decorated three-bedroom property (3rd bedroom-florida room with portable ac overlooking the intracostal) located in the middle of the estero island, close to the beach and time square
the house did not get flooded after the ian hurricane on the interior level,
garage access is not available, parking on the driveway only
the beach is only 2 min drive away, or 10 min walking!
sleeping arrangements:
1 The master bedroom (KING BED) is located on the second floor with a magnificent bay views terrace. (ensuite)
2 guest bedroom (king bed) with huge terrace overlooking the bay!
3 florida room is as 3rd bedroom -with beautiful bay views! has a sleeping sofa with (modular ac)
4 the living room, there are also 2 comfortable leather pull out sleeping sofas which can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
we have also new and exciting news for all boaters: we have a boat dock for boats up to 30 feet and also for jet skis!! *fee applies*
if you choose kayaking instead , no worries! we rent kayaks too upon request at a reasonable price!(if available)
