Summary: This property is truly a hidden gem. Upon arrival Dean remained in contact with me. Once entering the premises it was exactly as described. The property was well kept and clean. Each room was set up with towels on each bed, with intricate details such as ; paper flowers (in the bathrooms), special folding of linens which gave a nice hotel vibe. We were provided with laundry detergent, fabric softener and bleach which is a plus. The house came equip with all your daily essentials; pots, pans, utensils, cups, cutting board, toaster, dish towels, paper towel, toilet tissue, dish detergent (small bottle), grilling utensils etc. Coffee packs, creamer and some seasoning were provided however, we purchased our own. The backyard has a lovely pool which was cleaned by the pool guy during our stay, a grill which made good use of, a fire pit where the kids and adults enjoyed making s’mores. The hot tub was not working at this time. The exterior of the property is also well kept. The landscaper was there for upkeep during our stay. The neighborhood is quite with several shops around. There is a Publix a few minutes away for your grocery needs. We did have a few minor issues which were fixed the same day ex ; not enough wash rags (they were sent over immediately), a window wasn’t closing all the way (the handyman arrived the same day). Dean was absolutely professional with responding and fixing everything in a timely manner. Overall, I would stay here again it was clean, safe, and just what our family of 8 needed. Our 90 year old grandmother enjoyed her stay and we enjoyed making memories with her.
