Positive: The location was great. The amenities were good.
Negative: The bed sheets and towels smelled like mould and the apartment did not smell clean. As I stayed a few days, I found the unit really needs a good cleaning and some maintenance. The owners were very nice. some tips on cleaning and maintenance include deep cleaning, vacuuming the corners, replacing broken and chipped dishes, cleaning base boards, light switches, walls. The shower was gross, using a small brush to clean the corners and replacing the mouldy calking is needed. The towels and bed sheets MUST smell and feel good. Clean the kitchen drawers to remove crumbs. not good. Overall, not clean. I was exhausted from travel and did not wish to relocate. Owners need to take pride in their property.
