Please make sure everyone in your group understands this as traffic jams in Santa Clara could be created if you're popping too far out.
♠ please note that this is not a party house To ensure a peaceful environment, no additional guests are allowed on or near the property. If you plan to host gatherings, we recommend considering other listings.
♠ strictly enforced noise curfew from 10pm-9am daily Please be considerate and respectful of our neighbors during these hours.
