This spacious 40m² studio located in the Antigua building of the Mont Vernon residence offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant vacation. Ideally located opposite the Orient Bay beach and only 5 minutes from shops, you will be able to fully enjoy your vacation.
The studio has an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. You will also find a bathroom with toilet.
The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable king size bed (200x200) and a dressing room. The living room offers a pleasant view of the sea and you can enjoy the residence's huge shared swimming pool (open all year round from 8 [hidden] to 6 [hidden]
Also enjoy the non-nominative parking lot at the residence to park your rental car in complete safety.
Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.
Additional cleanings on demand can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as baby cot rental
