Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is perfect — very close to all major attractions, many of which are within walking distance. The metro is also just nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. It was great to have a kitchen equipped with everything necessary. Throughout our stay, everything was good. The host was always available and responsive at any time.
Negative: There were some difficulties with the check-in. The previous guests did not check out on time, which caused a delay of about 2 hours compared to the check-in time stated on Booking. The host promised compensation for that day, but it has not been received yet. Additionally, we would like to mention the bed as an inconvenience.
