Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location in the city center, the view to the Hafen Spitze looking out of the windows, the decoration and the washdryer for the laundry. The wooden floor, height ceilings and the spacious rooms.
Negative: Parking situation is very difficult, since the parking close by is very expensive. The music from the pub is too noisy, and the shower requires some “renovation”. The mattress is the bed room facing the back yard is worn out, and there are no proper curtains, so the floodlights from the back yard are distributing the night sleep. Some more lamps might be useful.
Summary: Hafen Spitze pur, ein bisschen laut, aber ansonsten eine tolle Altbauwohnung mit hohen Deck und hölzernen Boden
