3 Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of overnight human guests is 9. Please disclose any additional guests.
4 Rental Agreement: Reservation implies agreement to our rental agreement provided by 104 Blanche Dr LLC.
5 COVID-19: Guests must confirm that they and their party are symptom-free.
6 Communication: Contact us via the reservation platform or provided cell numbers. Dial 911 for emergencies.
7 Booking fee and process: Credit card authorization for rental amount and fees required. Provide driver's license and guest count before receipt of driving directions.
