This is a mountain-chic, comfortable cabin with a private and peaceful setting that is within walking distance to the beautiful Tallulah River, which is home to some of the best trout fishing in the Southeast. 1.5 acres of privacy with a working micro-farm on site growing many types of berries, herbs, etc. A small stream wraps around property and flows right at the house, almost beneath the porch swing. Covered and screened porches overlooking creek and gazebo. All wood interiors. Loft with 1/2 bath. Wood burning fireplace in master bedroom. Wood stove in living room. Paved road with easy access driveway that includes carport. Many attractions for the families of the avid fishermen close by. Lake Burton's public swimming, boat launch, art gallery, home decor shop, and eateries. For the foodie in the family, there is the "Farmhouse" at The Waterfall Club just down the road. This location also offers many different trails to hike, as the Nantahala Southern Wilderness is 3/4 mile from your cabin. It is one of the most beautiful places I have experienced, with the crystal clear river, waterfalls ,wildlife,and flora.
