Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Had a hiccup with my initial reservation on night #1. Tatu was able to get me taken care of and even helped me take my bags to a sister location. Day 2 Tatu was again very helpful and the manager, Hazim was super friendly and apologetic as well. The room was big and super comfy. The hot water was working and the room was clean.
Negative: Not being told upfront that my room was not available nor was a like room available. I'd messaged with the hotel manager earlier in the day with him asking what time I would arrive and if I needed a hotel pickup.
