Summary: Cecil Steigenberger is always my favorite hotel in Alexandria. Excellent location, and very nice well maintained. However, for my 2 days stay in level 5 i faced a problem with low water pressure and no hot water as they said the boiler under maintenance. Shut down hot water in any such big hotel need to be announced and the guest will adsorb this problem or not before they come and stay and make in unpleasant surprise. I think hotel management need to take it seriously, otherwise they will slowly lose their reputation and customer loyalty
