*50'' flat screen 4k tv with home theater sound system 32" Fire TV in the bedroom.

*bbq grill in the covered patio area is also available for use Please move a grill from covered patio area to backyard when you use it.
1Smoking indoors is not permitted. Any smoking inside the house will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
2 When you go outside please make sure the door is closed behind you.
3 Please do not eat food in the bedroom.
4 You may use the washing machine and dryer and all supplies during your stay.
5 quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am
6 All guests stay overnight must be listed.

the cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal The cleaning crew will charge me extra if they have to remove stains, put furniture back to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state.
