Summary: The view of the beach from the 9th-floor balcony is spectacular. Its the reason we keep coming back. Fast wifi and smart tv. I accidentally had an item shipped USPS during our stay and it went to the unit’s lock box. The host was gracious and considerate by coming to get it out of the mailbox and giving it to me. Any small issues were resolved quickly during a 5 week stay. I want to note that the Estero Beach and Tennis Club facilities and ground care is way ahead of its neighbors. After 2 plus years many condos and homes remain unoccupied and/or under construction It is a great location. Visit the Farmers Market just across the street from the property. It is great. I recommend this location.
