our single-family beach house has its own private stairway giving you direct beach access—a rare find! the house is family-friendly and perfect for beachgoers and surfers alike
the house features high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights, and wood floors throughout, creating a bright and open atmosphere The downstairs living area is equipped with a flatscreen TV, DVD player, cozy furnishings, and a gas burning fireplace. Dine in style overlooking the ocean at a beautiful long wooden dining table that easily seats 10 to 12 guests. The kitchen is stocked with newer appliances and everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay: drip coffee pot, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, etc.

the master bedroom is extravagantly large, with plush down king bed, cozy sitting area, desk, card table, tv, and shower with an ocean view! there are two huge private decks off the master suite for the ultimate in relaxation and seclusion
the other two upstairs bedrooms are light bright rooms with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and french doors leading out to the adjacent decks Each bedroom has 2 twin beds with comfy new pillowtop mattresses and share a connected bathroom.

enjoy the sunny socal weather on one of the many decks or patios, including several outside dining areas Enjoy a cup of coffee and a breakfast burrito watching the sunrise, or a glass of wine and charcuterie as the sun sets over the ocean. Or set up a romantic dinner under the stars and listen to the gently crashing waves.
the possibilities are endless Relax on the patio to check out the surfers or join them and catch a wave using one of our many surfboards. You could also challenge the family to a game of bocce ball, horseshoes, or any of the other games we have onsite. The house is stocked with beach cruiser bikes, countless wetsuits, boogie boards, surfboards, board games, outdoor games, firepit— everything you need for family fun. One of our favorite features is the HOT outside shower which feels amazing after playing in the waves.
