Fish off the dock outside your back door and expect to see snook, tarpon, mullets and drum fish. Dolphins can be seen swimming in the canal...even the occasional manatee.
the home has been recently renovated and the new heated, salt water pool is ready for your enjoyment There are 3 bedrooms, a master king, 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, and 3rd room has 2 queen beds….All are very comfortable.

punta gorda isle is a big biking community so hop on one of the bicycles in the garage and join in Peddle down to Fisherman's Village or into historic Punta Gorda for great dining or the award winning Farmers Market.
