One of the extremely unique and rare penthouse units within the Wyndham Residency. 4BR/4BD. High ceiling with the most spectacular view in Rio Mar - breathtaking ocean/golf course view. Short drive to El Yunque/some of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico/restaurants.
This is our second home and has everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Kitchen fully loaded, toys for children, beach essentials etc. Perfect vacation home to build unforgettable memories with your loved ones!
Securely located at Cluster 7 of Rio Mar which is a part of the Wyndham Resort. You will have unlimited access to the pool and playground area at Cluster 7 + the club house of the Wyndham that comes with pool/jacuzzi with beach access and sun bed availability.
MASTER BEDROOM
Our spacious master bedroom suite features a king size bed, spectacular views, a seating area, 75-inch Samsung smart TV and a walk in closet with plenty of space. Bathroom is a full bathroom with a combined shower/bath.
BEDROOMS
We have an additional 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king sized bed, good closet space, a full bathroom, seating area and TV. Bedroom 2 features 2 bunk beds (so a total of 4 sleeping spaces here, perfect for kids!) with a full bathroom and a lot of closet space. Bedroom 3 does not have a bed but an oversized sofa, dedicated office space and TV.
LIVING AREA
Our living space features two Spanish style sofas, coffee table and a large 86-inch Samsung smart TV - perfect for movie night!
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
We have a large kitchen fully equipped with whatever you might need - spacious fridge, cooking essentials, cookware, blenders, Nespresso machine, wine fridge, dishwasher, filtered water system, cutlery. Our dining space seats 8 people.
BALCONY/PATIO
We have a beautiful balcony/patio with GORGEOUS views of the ocean and Wyndham resort/golf course. This is the reason we fell in love with the place - you can't beat waking up to this view. We have an outdoor dining table seating 4 people, a swinging chair and BBQ.
PARKING
We have 3 designated parking spots outside the apartment building and you need to pass two gates in order to get there for maximum security.
LOCATION
Our apartment complex has its own pool, lounge area and playground right downstairs. Within 7-10 minutes of walking through beautiful scenery you will reach the beach, pool and restaurants at the Wyndham resort. Our apartment is located in Rio Mar which is close to a lot of attractions in Puerto Rico - El Yunque National Forest is right behind you (and you also get spectacular views of this from the apartment complex!), Luquillo is a short 10 min drive away where you will find calm, blue beaches (in our opinion the most beautiful beach in PR!) and a bunch of vibrant restaurants. There is a smaller convenient store within a 5 minute drive (here you will also find a few restaurant options!) and a large grocery store is within a 10 minute drive. Rio Mar is about a 20-30 minute drive to the Capital of Puerto Rico - San Juan.

We understand traveling with children might be stressful as it is and we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We have a high chair, a bunch of baby/kids kitchen essentials, toys, activity toys, games.
