Open Plan single story/no stairs patio home w/ vaulted ceilings, 4 Solar tubes to bathe it in light. The Kitchen (fully loaded) with newer S.S. appliances. It lives more like a single family home than any condo. Two living areas have large TV's (Great Room & Den). Two Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, a 3rd Bedroom set up as a Den/Office. Three new HD TV's (50''/Great room, 42" Master'', 42" Roku TV in Den). The Den has a desk w/ WIFI, TV, sleeper sofa & lounge chair. It is a 2nd living room. Enjoy the large covered patio where you can enjoy drinks, use our grill, dine or just relax or read on the comfortable love seat & lounge chairs. The High Efficiency washer/dryer make doing laundry an easy task. Your car will have an assigned Covered Carport (no garage) and there is plenty of additional parking, but you may not need any car much as you will be walking distance to all downtown from this location.
