Our apartment is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood called Laugardalur, only 3.5km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. The main swimming pool in Reykjavik, Laugardals swimming pool is close by. Biggest gym called World Class Laugar, it's next door to the swimming pool and if you go there you can also enter the swimming pool from the gym. The gym has also one of the nicest Spa's in Reykjavik, where you can get all kinds of treatments. Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream store are close by. There are also nice outdoor area in Laugardalur if you want to go for a walk / bike / run, you can follow the path all the way around the city if you like.
our apartment is on the 1st floor with private entrance It's very spacious one bedroom apartment 88 m2, master bedroom has double bed (140x200cm), in the living room we have nice sleeping sofa that turns into Double bed (140x200cm). Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. Living room has nice sitting area, Flat Screen TV and Apple TV with streaming services, Netflix etc.
downstairs we have laundry room, with washing machine and dryer
