the hermosa casa verde is a spacious home with a great location half way between downtown durango and purgatory ski resort Situated on 3 acres, this home is close to Hermosa Creek trail head and backs to National Forest land, making it a very private getaway while still being close to all Durango has to offer. The entry level features a bunk room perfect for the kids, with a streaming TV and Twin over Full Bunk bed. Also on this floor is a large bedroom with King bed, TV in room, and pellet stove, as well as a shared full bath. Upstairs on the middle level you will find a cozy sitting area by the stove, perfect for reading a good book and gazing at the valley views. Upstairs you will find the main living area with floor to ceiling windows and a large open kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need to make a meal and there is a dining table for 8 as well as additional bar seating. The amazing 900 square foot deck is complete with private hot tub, gas grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. It is also fenced in for pets. 3 bedrooms are found on this floor. First is the master suite with King bed, TV in room, and private bath. The other two bedrooms both feature Queen beds and share a full bath.
