my house is in a safe, private, established neighborhood secluded with just a 5 min drive to highways and stores, even southpoint mall!
upon entering through the front door, a hallway guides you to the eat in kitchen and living room The bright sunroom buds off the living room. The dining room and workspace are on the first level as well.
the 4 bedrooms are upstairs Master bedroom has a California king bed and attached bathroom with separate walk in shower and garden tub. The other three bedrooms have queen beds.
out back there is a deck, patio, and fully fenced backyard There is a metal wire fence all the way around along the wooden post fence.
there are walking trails along the lake and around the neighborhood Access to neighborhood pool with provided keycard. Pool open seasonally. Piney Wood Park is across the street from the neighborhood.
