4 Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5 Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6 Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7 This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8 Our pet fee is $20CAD per pet, per night. please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit
*breach of any of the above house rules may result in a fine of $200-500cad (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation)
9 We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails.
