The heated swimming pool and attached spa are enclosed behind a child-proof fence.

A large toy cabinet along one wall is filled with toys, a comfortable carpet and a small table with four child-sized chairs provides a great play area, and a rattan sofa gives adults a comfortable place from which to watch. The house is wired for Wi-Fi broadband internet.

All four bedrooms have in-room air-conditioning units. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a beautiful dark oak Henredon campaign-style bedroom set with King Size bed. It has a 42" flat screen TV with digital cable and DVR. It opens through French doors to a large outside terrace with potted plants and Bistro table and chairs. The en-suite bathroom has been remodeled and features a granite counter-top and a large step in shower with overhead and wall-mounted shower heads.
