the house was restored from the ground up and boasts 2700 sq' of living space, high efficiency heat pump with ac, energy star appliance's and lighting It has an efficient floor plan that makes the most of the space for large groups or multiple families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor with only 2 steps to get into the house. There is a cozy living room with original wood beam ceiling, TV, sounds system and wood fireplace. The upstairs opens up into a sizable loft with a large sectional, 72" TV with sound system, a game closet full of games, built in desk with supplied printer and scanner. This is an ideal place for children to play, or settle in and watch your favorite show. The upstairs is complete with 3 large bedrooms with walk in closets, and a full bath.
downstairs, next to the living room is an intimate dinning area with seating for 8 Additional chairs and table are available to offer more seating when needed. Off of the dining area the glass french doors open up to a private fenced court yard with additional outdoor seating. A great place to just hang out.
