interaction with guests: you have the place to yourself and we will respect your privacy However, we are available for help or provide recommendations 24/7 usually via app message, phone, or text and will reply as soon as we are able.

- self check-in with keyless touch pad Please notify us of your arrival and departure times to schedule cleaning. Code and directions given in message prior to arrival.
- strict no parties and no smoking of any kind (ie. cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or anything else) inside the unit. Violators will be charged a $300 fee and your stay will be canceled immediately.

pets: are welcome with approval from host prior to booking and there will be an additional one time fee This is to cover the cost of an additional "deep" cleaning to assure future guests with allergies are not affected. Please clean up after your pet in unit and in backyard, if not, you'll be charged accordingly. NO dogs allowed on furniture, especially sofas or beds. Pets must be crate trained and needs to be crated when left alone in the unit. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund will be provided.

- long term guests (over 28 night stays): $150 per pet (one time fee) Housekeeping service is required and included with rent. If damage to the unit is found from your pet(s), your reservation will be canceled immediately and no refund will be provided.

this unit is a 3 story carriage with the front entrance through the courtyard of the main building Walk down alley to access the courtyard entrance. There are two sets of stairs for the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the 2nd floor and Bedroom 2 is a loft style on the 3rd floor with steep steps. There are a fair amount of stairs involved so may not be appropriate for those that need accessibility or young children that need assistance on the stairs. See pictures of stairs for reference.
note: this unit is located in the soulard historic bar district It can be very lively and sometimes noisy on the weekends with the Great Grizzly Bar and foot traffic. There is also slight noise from the freeway. We have blackout curtains and honeycomb cellular blinds to help. If you are searching for a super quiet place, this may not be for you.
doors: the front door is keyless entry and auto-lock after 30 seconds Please make sure doors all closed tightly and all the way to ensure that the deadbolt can fully lock..
