Spread over 4.5 acres, this family villa offers the rustic non-pretentious luxury of Sonoma with a large outdoor pool (heated mid-April to mid-Oct.) hot tub, outdoor shower, a sprawling lawn, 1/2 acre vineyard & multiple outdoor areas for meals, wine tasting, & evenings around the fire. The perfect place to relax and very ideal for families with children.
The updated farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open country kitchen & dining/living room area, w/fireplace.(see photos for reviews)
The space
The outside area has an enclosed terrace ideal for dining and lounging. A handcrafted succulent garden, 3 firepits to cozy up to, a hot tub on the deck and a pool perfect for a summer swim, surrounded by our beautiful lawn. There are additional outdoor seating areas which alternate between sun and shade depending on the time of the day, perfect for meals, coffee, wine tasting, and enjoying the beautiful valley views.

The property is gated and there is plenty of parking on the property, though our permit limits us to a maximum of 3 vehicles.
Other things to note
-$150 pet fee for 1 $100 for 2nd pet(2 pets max) pets are NOT allowed in the pool.
-NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY and NO AMPLIFIED NOISE AT ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT.
-House is serviced with water by a private well.
