this 1890's cottage has what is needed for a week or weekend stay in the mountains Just a stone throw away from the Sullivan County Courthouse and adjacent to the Cosgrove Memorial Park, situated on a quite side street.
the back yard has a swing, a picnic table, and large area to toss a frisbee, play a game of tag, or roast some marshmallows in the fire pit Stroll to the edge of the yard, and you will be to the Cosgrove Memorial Park, where there are additional activities for children to play.
when you enter snug harbor, you come onto the sun porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee, overlooking the rose bushes before your day begins at the beach!
off of the front sun porch, is a living room with a smart television, log into your netflix or hulu and watch your favorite shows in the evening There is a large kitchen that is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot, and a dining room that seats four.
