Summary: The property was very unkempt. I have never seen windows so dirty, bugs lined window sills, cob webs aplenty. If there had been a broom I would have swept the small outdoor area. A very long time since outdoor table/chairs had been wiped. Beds ok, plenty of hot water in shower. Almost 3 month out of date milk. Lots of potential, but in need of some
