Beautifully decorated and immaculate one level house with 2 bedrooms - both with Queen beds + Den with office. 2 full baths. Great room, dining area, large kitchen with granite. Screened, glassed and air conditioned sunroom with queen sleeper. Renters Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath. 3rd bedroom is a Den - set up as a home office/TV/reading room that seats 6 (no bed). Guest bedroom and office/den on opposite side of the house from renters primary bedroom. Tons of closets and dresser drawers. Large capacity washer & dryer in its own room. 2 car garage. Lovely landscaping and totally private, walled & gated backyard. Walkable to the beach. This property is a true home away from home and therefor much nicer than most rental properties. Check out my reviews that received 5 stars from EVERY renter. Heated Olympic pool, lighted tennis & pickleball courts, basketball, hot tub - all at the end of the street.
