as this is newly constructed all appliances are brand new - the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking convenience The open floor plan allows for 4 guests to eat in the kitchen with the dining table accommodating 6. The beautiful outdoor patio has a dining space for 4 guests as well as lounge chairs for comfortable seating.
for comfort within the condo, there is air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace making this the perfect place to stay all year round The comfortable seating both inside and outside make it a great place for your family to gather together and enjoy their vacation.
upper unit:
with spectacular views of west grand traverse bay from both inside the condo and the rooftop terrace, the upper unit the property will accommodate up to 10 guests The primary bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed and the third bedroom has 1 twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. A high-end air mattress is available if you are wanting to be at the 10 guest capacity. Plenty of room to sleep in comfort.
