Positive: A great stay in a lovely place. First class staff, who were always pleasant and friendly. The beach villa was clean and had everything we needed. Offsite Spoon restaurant was nice with well cooked breakfast and wide choice of food. The cinema room in the beach villa was a nice addition and great for winding down in the evenings.

Negative: The beach is predominantly shingle rather than sand except for a tiny strip of white sand directly outside the entrance to our beach villa. Consequently it felt that everyone using the beach congregated in front of the villa which did spoil the privacy somewhat. Also, it would be a nice touch for the hotel to clean up the stray dog’s pooh on the beach every morning rather than us having to do it! The location is a little isolated, so 3-400 baht taxi journeys to fisherman’s village are necessary. That being said, we enjoyed our stay here all the same.
